Seems weak on my palm, but it sealed the one jar i tried (smaller of the two sizes). I didn't realize it comes with a set of lids, and while unnecessarily, it's a nice bonus.

I like this thing. It works well on wide mouth and regular mouth usa-style mason jar lids. Just shove the thing on a regular mouth jar with lid and hit the button. It counts seconds on the top. Instructions say to go for at least 30 seconds. It displays charge percentage when it isn't vacuuming. To do wide mouth jars, hit the unlock switch and unscrew the bottom part. Straightforward operation.
